Shipping, sorted
Every piece is embroidered to order: you choose your garment and colour, and we make it just for you, keeping waste to a minimum. We aim to embroider and ship every order within 5 working days, though it can take a little longer during our busiest times, like Black Friday, Christmas and Valentine's Day.
UK delivery
Across the UK
Delivery times are from dispatch. Every parcel is tracked and scanned on delivery, so we know it has arrived safely.

Usually 2–5 working days

Usually 1–3 working days
Free UK delivery on orders over £60. Tracked 48 is on us, whatever the size of your order.
Europe
Across Europe
Sent with Royal Mail International Tracked. Usually with you within 6–21 working days of dispatch.

Customs and import fees
Orders to Europe may be charged import VAT, duties and a handling fee by your local customs or postal service when they arrive. These are set by your country, not by us, and are paid by the recipient.
Pickles stay in the UK 🥒
Food can't be sent to the EU by post, so our Serious Pig snacking pickles are UK-only. If you're shipping to Europe, they won't be available at checkout.
