Returns & Exchanges

We really hope you love your Pretty Pickled clothing and accessories, but if you don't we'll refund or exchange your items. 

As a sustainable business we don't encourage returns or exchanges. The fashion industry's "returns culture" goes against everything we believe in and so if you can, please do alter or find a new home for your items 💚

If you'd like to return some or all of your order please request a return here within 14 days of receipt. We will approve or reject your request within 2-3 working days.

Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with the swing tag still attached, within 14 days of your returns request being accepted. All returns and exchanges must include your order number.

Unfortunately as we're a small independent business we're not able to cover the postage cost of your returns, we recommend sending these using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive them. Once your items have been received and inspected, we will refund you the cost of your items, excluding postage.

If you request a refund later than 14 days after receipt or if your return arrives at Pretty Pickled HQ later than 14 days after your refund request has been approved, we will issue you with Pretty Pickled credit to spend on our website. 


If you'd like to exchange your item for a different design or size please request an exchange here within 14 days of receipt.  We will share our returns address and once your items have been received and inspected, we will send out the replacement items. We're not able to cover the postage cost of the return of your exchange so please do send your items back to us using a tracked shipping service. However, we will cover the postage fee for sending your exchanged item out to you second time around. 

Damages & Mistakes

Every order is inspected and checked at every stage of the picking and packing process, before being sent out. 

When your order arrives please inspect the items and contact us via the Pretty Pickled returns and exchanges portal immediately if anything is damaged or if you think you have received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and then offer a refund or an exchange. 

If you return an item that is stained, when you did not previously alert us to it being damaged, you will not receive a refund.
