Returns & Exchanges
We really hope you love your Pretty Pickled clothing and accessories, but if you don't we'll refund or exchange your items.
As a sustainable business we don't encourage returns or exchanges. The fashion industry's "returns culture" goes against everything we believe in and so if you can, please do alter, customise or find a new home for your items.
If you'd like to return some or all of your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receipt. We will give you our returns address - this is not the same as our trading address. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged, with the swing tag still attached, within 14 days of your returns request. All returns and exchanges must include your order number. We're not able to cover the postage cost of your returns so please do send these using a tracked shipping service to ensure we receive them. Once your items have been received and inspected, we will refund you the cost of your items, excluding postage.
If you request a refund later than 14 days after receipt or if your return arrives at Pretty Pickled HQ later than 14 days after you've submitted a refund request, we will issue you with Pretty Pickled credit to spend on our website.
If you'd like to exchange your item for a different design or size please email us at email@example.com, letting us know what you'd like to change. We will share our returns address and once your items have been received and inspected, we will send out the replacement items. We're not able to cover the postage cost of the return of your exchange so please do send your items back to us using a tracked shipping service. However, we will cover the postage fee for sending your exchanged item out to you second time around.
Damages & Mistakes
Every order is inspected and checked at every stage of the picking and packing process, before being sent out.
When your order arrives please inspect the items and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately if anything is damaged or if you think you have received the wrong item. If anything appears damaged, please include a photo. We will evaluate the issue and then offer a refund or an exchange.
If you return an item that is stained, when you did not previously alert us to it being damaged, you will not receive a refund.
